Bio

My name is Gene Hans Lopez Velez, and I will be your son or daughter’s 7th grade Collaborative Teacher.  I relocated in Madison in 2014 due to a family military assignment. I fell in love with this area and plan on retiring here. Professionally, I always believe that each child has its own potential and can achieve their goals. I incorporate a wide variety of learning activities that caters to different styles of every child.  Outside school, I enjoy hosting parties, event planning, traveling, baking, cooking, dancing, reading, swimming and motorcycle riding.
