Principal's Bio

Image for Principal

I started my teaching career in the Madison City School System in 2004 at Discovery Middle School. I taught Special Education and was the assistant football and basketball coach. In 2005, I continued my teaching career at Liberty Middle School and served as the head football and basketball coach. I continued to teach Special Education at Bob Jones High School in 2006 and was the head freshman football coach and the varsity assistant head football coach. I joined the administration staff at Bob Jones High School as an assistant principal and principal over the summer school programs. At its inception, I had the pleasure of being the assistant principal for James Clemens High School in 2012, building and overseeing such operations as athletics, school safety, student discipline, hiring staff, finances and other aspects.

I earned a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education from Alabama A&M University.

I am married to LaTerra and have two beautiful daughters Kelsey (6) and Kylee (3). In my spare time, I love traveling with my family and working on computers.
